First of all I would like to say wonderful blog!
I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
your head prior to writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10
to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or tips? Cheers!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and
gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
